Do we have many great reasons to rejoice? Yes.
It’s important to remember them.
Not only should we rejoice, we should literally shout with joy.
All because there are great reasons to rejoice and be joyful.
All because we trust in God. (The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.)

Are you righteous?
Very many shortcomings may flash through your mind, when we examine our lives.
But our righteousness does not depend on what we did or did not do.
Because God will bless those who are righteous. All of us who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and saviour are righteous. The work on the cross is the finished work.
It has made us righteous.
Irrespective of whatever shortcomings of ours, the righteousness which Jesus Christ paid for us with His life, fades in total insignificance. It’s kind of like the highest mountain. The relatively microscopic molehill of our sins and iniquity is not seen, becomes invisible. The work of the cross is so very great. It takes away our past sins, future sins and our present sins. ( Hey, hey, hey, but remember as we love the Lord we will not find any pleasure or joy in keeping on sinning. But that is another blog post.)
He will surround us with favour. Thus favour becomes a shield protecting us with all around protection. No matter from which direction the enemy tries to touch us or trouble us, the enemy will not be able to reach us.
