The Holy Bible is the Word of God. Our Heavenly Father speaks to us through the Spirit Filled Living verses of the Bible. The Word of God is Truth. (John 17:17) . The best source to understand the situations, circumstances and various perspectives on the Glory of God is the Bible.

Here are the Bible verses referring to the many dimensions of the Glory of God. Read this prayerfully so that the Holy Spirit gives you a deeper and stronger understanding of the Glory of God.

Verses from the Book of Genesis on the Glory of God

These verses refer to the creation of mankind. Since men and women are made in the image and likeness of God, there is certainly God’s glory in them.
Genesis 1:27-28
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

God’s creation also beholds God’s Glory. Often when we look at various elements of creation, we are amazed at the beauty, the creation. The reason is clear, they were made by God. And God called them very good.
Genesis 1:31
Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Verses from the Book of Exodus on the Glory of God

Exodus 3:2
And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So
he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.
Exodus 15:11
Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful
in praises, doing wonders?
Exodus 24:15-16
Then Moses went up into the mountain, and a cloud covered the mountain. Now the

Exodus 34:5-7
Now the Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the
name of the Lord. And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord,
the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and
truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no
means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the
children’s children to the third and the fourth generation.”
Exodus 40:34-35
Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the
tabernacle. And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the
cloud rested above it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.

But truly, as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 5:24

Ezekiel 1:26-28
